What You’ll Do

The Business Intelligence (BI) team at Vodafone plays a crucial role in strategic planning. By delivering advanced BI capabilities, we enable the organization to gather, store, access, and analyze business data, fostering informed decision-making processes.

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you'll possess a deep understanding of established BI concepts and procedures, ensuring that our business receives top-notch information services critical for commercial decisions. Your responsibilities will include detailed data analysis, dashboard implementation, and maintaining decision support systems, all while adhering to industry standards, policies, and regulations.

Your typical duties will include:

• Executing administrative tasks related to designing new approaches, methodologies, and comprehensive dashboard modeling based on business needs.
• Supporting the team in delivering activities involving new design approaches and dashboard modeling that align with business requirements.
• Utilizing communication skills to facilitate collaboration between various teams including Finance, BI, Technology groups, BI vendors, systems developers, and contractors.
• Centralizing and servicing the reporting needs of the business, covering report design, development, publishing, maintenance, and special report requests.
• Establishing and maintaining processes to analyze requirements and integrate recurring reports into a standard reporting catalog.
• Performing additional tasks as defined by your supervisor or emerging from assigned projects.
