As a Technology Architect in our crew, your mission is to steer technology directions, handle project compliance during implementation, and innovate through technology research. Your role focuses on devising best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily development process and supervise technical design implementations, data profiling, and analysis.
• Deploy, run, and debug ETL engines, ensuring robust Source to Target Mapping and functional requirement specifications are adhered to.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of systems and processes to derive actionable insights from existing data, upholding rigorous project management discipline to guarantee premium delivery quality while managing team capacity.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; mentor team members, and drive analytics opportunities through business due diligence for transformation.
• Handle high-volume and complex data projects across multiple delivery locations, showcasing stellar client communication qualifications in a virtual environment.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills to overcome challenges.

Candidate Prerequisites:

Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 10 years of DBT core or DBT cloud experience, along with:

• Proficiency in Snowflake and at least 2 years in Data Vault 2.0 implementations.
• Background in managing entire project lifecycles, from development to maintenance, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Robust knowledge in agile methodology software development, proven technical leadership, and the ability to handle complex consulting projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and openness to travel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with globally distributed teams and off-shore management.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science and relevant certifications.
• Expertise in technical documentation and presentations.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role considers factors like experience levels, skills, training, and certifications. Expected salary ranges from $81,978 to $178,090, exclusive of benefits and potential bonuses.
