About the Job:

Join our team as a Decision Science expert at Lifelancer. In this role, you will develop commercial demand forecasts for pipeline and newly launching products, complete opportunity assessments for life cycle management, and contribute to our innovative analytics capabilities.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for:

• Developing commercial demand forecasts
• Completing opportunity assessments for life cycle management

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with project managers to define business problems, break them down into executable steps, and run analyses
• Ensuring high-quality analytics solutions and reports for clients
• Contributing to Axtria's tools and capabilities as per business requirements
• Building organizational capabilities by participating in hackathons, solution design, and process automation
• Effectively communicating with onshore clients as needed
• Mentoring junior associates

Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Statistics is required.

Work Experience

Ideal candidates will have 4 to 8 years of relevant analytics experience in the following areas:

• Commercial pharma forecasting
• Epi-based forecasting for inline, pipeline, and BDL products/brands
• Understanding disease and therapy areas and their application to forecasting
• Secondary research for supporting/validating assumptions
• Strong Excel skills; programming experience is a plus
• Strong logical and analytical ability to solve business problems
• Independent execution of business problems with minimal guidance from leads
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Pharma domain experience is mandatory
