About the Role

In this role, you’ll be part of a team responsible for localization, perception, and mapping for autonomous vehicles. You will collaborate with team members to develop and verify the software that operates in driverless vehicles used by our customers. Working in agile teams, you will closely cooperate with other teams across the organization and our clients.

We aim to expand our competence in verification and simulation by hiring two skilled individuals. Depending on your profile and interest, you could find your place within the Perception or Localization team. Your personal skills and experiences will significantly contribute to our success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, perform, and analyze tests, primarily in simulations, for perception and/or localization software to ensure safe and effective navigation in complex real-world scenarios.
  • Act as the go-to expert on simulation testing within the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and review new code and algorithms.
  • Enhance our verification methods, performance metrics, and overall workflows.
  • Contribute to the team's success with your unique skills and personality.

Your Profile and Competence

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming and verification, especially in languages such as C++ and Python.
  • Several years of experience in development or testing, particularly in areas such as localization, object tracking, sensor fusion, signal processing, or dynamic system modeling in real-world applications.
  • Self-motivated and eager to tackle complex real-world product development challenges.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
  • Comfortable with agile development methods, CI/CD, SCRUM, and other modern team-oriented methodologies.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
