Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead the strategy and development of central reporting for company and departmental KPIs. You will partner with the C-suite & VPs to gather requirements, create product measurement frameworks, and deliver product experimentation. Acting as an internal consultant to the CEO, CPO, and Finance team, you will guide strategic decision-making across the organization, while managing a team of Data Analysts focused on Business and Product Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Decision-Making
- Strategically guide C-suite with data-driven insights, analysis, and weekly forecasts.
- Track, benchmark, analyze, and develop strategic solutions to improve key business and financial metrics.
- Lead the development of complex metrics-driven business models with executive & finance teams.
- Support executive management in board and investor presentations, including M&A activities.
Data Team Leadership and Management
- Lead a team of Data Analysts to prioritize and manage analytics deliverables.
- Monitor product metrics, diagnose performance, and conduct A/B testing.
- Create systems for ensuring quality and reliability of data.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Analysis and Reporting
- Lead in-depth analysis of user behavior to drive critical decision-making.
- Create executive dashboards for C-suite, VPs, and external partners.
- Direct simulations for product-driven scenario planning.
Collaboration, Coordination, and Tool Management
- Collaborate with data engineering to support data migration to Snowflake.
- Manage the experimentation platform, including vendor relationships and tool research.
Candidate Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in BI/Data Analysis covering both business and product analytics.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Expert command of data analytical tools, with strong analytical foundation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation design.
- Exposure to investor relations is preferred.
Desirable Skills
- Tech industry experience.
- Experience with SaaS.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Analytics Engineering/ETL experience.
- Knowledge of GTM (Google Tag Manager).
