Job Description Razorfish is seeking a Director to join its Data Science and Analytics practice. This team provides our clients with data-driven strategic marketing insights through custom analytics, research, and consulting. Each team member is assigned to one or more clients and works closely with other Data Science team members, our clients, and colleagues from various disciplines such as client management, search, media, strategy, user experience, and technology. As a Director, you will own the data for at least one client end-to-end and collaborate with client teams as a data science partner. Your responsibilities include delivering data-driven strategic marketing insights, defining the key issues our clients face, and developing recommended approaches. You are expected to manage your assignments and distinguish project deliverables and timelines. You will be the primary contact for clients on media strategy/performance while providing recommendations for both direct response and awareness/consideration campaigns. Qualifications Applicants should have significant professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related business field. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in any related field involving considerable quantitative study or an equivalent experience is required. Applicants should possess robust critical thinking skills and be proactive about challenging norms and pushing improvements. Demonstrated expertise in ad tech, mar tech, and data tools across multiple channels is essential.
