Role Overview:

The Director of Data Engineering position at Underdog offers an unrivaled chance to lead and expand a pivotal team within our ambitious project scope. This role is crafted not only for a leader but a visionary who will implement robust, scalable data infrastructures and integrate the latest machine learning technologies to propel pivotal business decisions.

Who You Are:

You are a seasoned leader in data engineering with:

• Over 4 years of leadership experience in data organization.
• Proven expertise in designing cutting-edge data systems and architectures.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in machine learning ecosystems.
• Adept at managing and scaling high-performance teams.

Additional accolades include familiarity with fantasy sports or sports betting environments, and a robust background in machine learning, both of which will be considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range from $215,000 to $320,000 based on experience, alongside a promising equity package.
