As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in the Energy division, providing crucial support in decision-making through the generation of valuable insights from complex data, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes. You will be tasked with designing and implementing analytical models that will help us continue to be a differentiator in the market.

What you will do:

• Develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models that aid in decision-making in the energy business.
• Transform analyzed data into practical, strategic, and valuable business information.
• Create high-quality data visualizations.
• Participate in projects forecasting demand, price projections, market analysis, optimization of energy purchasing and sales, among others.

What you will need:

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience working with structured data from various sources.
• Knowledge of data-centered applied mathematics (statistical analysis, machine learning).
• Experience in ML models, strategic understanding of the models from data origination to usage recommendation.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
• Data visualization skills, preferably strong handling of PowerBI.
• Experience in data mining, statistics, or machine learning.
