Your Role:

• Collaborate closely with our data scientists and AI engineers to develop cutting-edge AI use cases, ensuring robust technical foundations are laid for the deployment of the latest AI, FAIR data, and human interface technologies.
• From initial concept through to prototyping and final operation, assist in the delivery of scalable, high-availability data solutions either in the cloud or on-premises using advanced, cloud-native technologies.
• Help construct a modern data infrastructure and runtime environment that supports a culture of “Everything as a Service” (XaaS) and XOps within our organization.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data and cloud environments to significantly boost our data and cloud capabilities.

Your Profile:

• A solid academic background in (business) informatics, data science, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience, especially profound expertise in data operations and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, along with a deep understanding of microservice architectures.
• A keen follower of the latest advancements in data architectures (e.g., data mesh), data storage, platform engineering, and site reliability engineering (SRE), with a vested interest in AI innovations.
• A distinctive proactive approach, fueled by curiosity and a drive for systematic, solution-oriented outcomes.
• A passion for continuous learning about breakthrough technologies and a desire to make complex systems accessible as part of a leading innovator in sensor technology.
