Project Overview

The Environmental, Safety & Health Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) at the Y-12 National Security Complex. This key project aims to modernize essential uranium operations, providing long-term sustainability and safety improvements.

What You Will Do

As an ESH Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and reporting on ESH statistics to ensure compliance and enhance safety programs.
  • Developing training materials and conducting ESH educational programs.
  • Collaborating with teams to enhance safety measures and implement company policies effectively.
  • Analyzing data from various reports and audits to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

You must be a US citizen, able to pass a background check and drug screening, and capable of obtaining a security badge for site access. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. This entry-level position will allow you to grow professional skills within Bechtel’s supportive network.

Work Location and Schedule

This full-time position is based in Oak Ridge, TN, with a 4X10 work week schedule, offering flexibility and the possibility of overtime to support project needs.
