The Role

As a Experienced Senior Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that incorporate AI/ML, Cloud, and other advanced technologies, driving significant impact in aerospace technologies. Your main responsibility will be to help build cloud-based Data Products, focusing on monetizing data initiatives and improving self-service capabilities for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with data scientists to prepare and refine data, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Design and implement robust data patterns and build quality assurance processes across data lineage.
• Collaborate across teams to build scalable and impactful data solutions.
• Lead prototyping efforts and assess technical feasibility for innovative projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
• At least 8 years of experience as a data engineer, with strong expertise in Datawarehouse concepts and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in building data pipelines using GCP, writing complex SQL scripts, and hands-on experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow & Spark.
• Experience in Data Modelling and a global collaborative approach.
• Indispensable skills: Core Java/Python, SQL, GCP, and Azure ecosystems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Spark, Kafka, or Informatica on the cloud, and any cloud Data Engineering certifications would be beneficial.

Location and Relocation

The role is based in Bangalore, KA, and eligible for relocation assistance within India.
