Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate to ensure consistency with design guidelines across frontend development.
• Lead frontend development efforts and manage the design and implementation of web applications.
• Work closely with scrum teams to understand project requirements and provide technical mentorship.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment processes.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering growth and skill development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, including code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Lead version control and branching strategies with Git.
• Resolve complex technical issues in the frontend development process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in frontend development.

Education and Experience

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in application or web service development.
• Over 5 years of experience in building web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like ReactJS, Vue, and Angular.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in guiding geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing marketing solutions on AEM (Java, Maven, AEM 6.5).
• Experience delivering scalable, robust software libraries for internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in SDK development and maintenance for Java, Node.js, and ReactJS libraries.
• Ability to lead and define a consolidated digital technology strategy.
• Experience supporting the development of a robust design system and facilitating its adoption.
• Proficiency in working within a matrixed organization, collaborating with UX, QA, and other functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in integrating accessibility components into frontend pages.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Subversion.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in an agile development team.
