As a GFCP Senior Data Analyst, you'll dive into massive datasets to unearth insights that drive the development and optimization of our transaction monitoring controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading initiatives to bolster automated transaction monitoring controls.
  • Performing statistical analysis and optimizing TM controls using quantitative data evaluation.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to align business requirements with technological advancements in financial crime prevention.
  • Strategically managing and redesigning existing TM controls to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

This role is based in multiple locations including Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, and Warszawa, offering a vibrant international working environment.

Who We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Python, SQL, R, and other analytical tools like MS Excel and data visualization software.
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in Financial Crime Compliance and a robust understanding of AML controls.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English with excellent business acumen.

Experience in Correspondent Banking, Capital Markets, or working with Quantexa software will be considered an advantage.
