About the Data Architecture & Management Team

The Data Architecture & Management Team is a diverse group based mainly in Germany but spread across Europe. The team sets global data architecture guidelines and principles and focuses on data management, including data quality.

Your Impactful & Challenging Role

  • Data Quality Assessment: Support business units in assessing data quality across various sources through periodic audits ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Data Profiling: Use data profiling tools to analyze and document data structures, relationships, and patterns to identify potential quality issues.
  • Data Validation: Develop and execute validation rules and scripts to ensure incoming data meets quality standards.
  • Data Cleansing & Enhancement: Implement cleansing strategies to correct inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify root causes of data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Data Governance: Assist in creating and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Quality Metrics: Define and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to quality goals.
  • Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions to educate stakeholders on best practices for maintaining accurate and reliable data.

Your Authentic & Ambitious Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data quality roles using tools like Talend, Informatica, DQ Labs, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools for presenting data quality metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with amazing attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player (f/m/d) able to work with various departments and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with adaptability to changing requirements and evolving data landscapes.
