Responsibilities

Data Management:

  • Perform accurate data entry and manage processes involving employee data in the HR information systems.
  • Manage tasks like Hiring, Job Changes, Terminations, and Personal Data modifications.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR.
  • Generate necessary documents and maintain digital archives.

Reporting and Audits:

  • Collaborate with local HR teams to maintain consistency across all HR databases and systems.

Process Improvement:

  • Actively identify and implement process enhancements and automation.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Keep documentation updated and assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (minimum 2 years required).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
