Role Overview

Our 2024 Graduate Program is searching for a proactive, highly motivated Graduate Data Analyst to join our Buildings team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on advancing process automation and delivering groundbreaking project solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of digital innovation within AECOM.

Key Responsibilities

Process Automation:

• Evaluate and enhance existing processes through targeted automation.
• Design and deploy innovative tools and workflows for superior project management.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Utilize SQL for robust data extraction and management.
• Create and manage detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration and Training:

• Work across departments to optimize data usage and project outcomes.
• Develop and conduct training sessions to maximize team skills in new technologies.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning:

• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI solutions, enhancing data forecasting and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft M365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Keen interest in AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
