Job Summary

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes and solutions that deal with various healthcare datasets. These datasets are crucial for data/text mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction tasks that support key business decisions. Through your work, you will gain insights into significant business challenges by applying statistical analysis techniques across both structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Focusing on collaboration with different departments and customers, you will scope out requirements and formulate solutions to business problems. You will be charged with developing information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries which are essential in monitoring and improving business performance. With a role that spans from conceptualization to production, your efforts will be geared towards effectively employing both current and emerging technologies to interpret data and communicate findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and compile data from multiple systems to identify and analyze outliers.
• Establish processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending of departmental data.
• Prepare mandatory state reports and perform deep-dive analyses.
• Collaborate with internal, external, and enterprise clients to develop and document new reports and processes.
• Implement and utilize advanced analytics software and systems aligned with departmental goals.

Job Qualifications

Essential Education & Experience

• Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Healthcare Analytics.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Data Analytics.
