Position Overview: I4.0 - Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at the EU&AF AME team, you’ll focus on developing reliable, efficient, and secure data pipelines to aid in decision-making and support business strategies through machine learning (ML) models and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage data-oriented projects utilizing Lear’s sophisticated analytics platforms.
  • Engage in the creation and deployment of user toolsets for data analysis within regional standards.
  • Develop robust databases from structured and unstructured data sources using advanced programming techniques.
  • Support system optimization and maintain adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in multinational and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and business analysis.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
