Introduction

Join GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Supply Chain Reporting and Data Governance Intern. You'll be the focal point for analyzing enterprise supply plans and revenue analytics. Collaborate closely with GLOBALFOUNDRIES Finance, Sales and Marketing, Fab Operations, Strategic Business Unit, and Supply Chain partners to consolidate weekly supply plan/revenue outlook/playbook analytics and key performance indices.

Your Job

Intern - Data Governance

As an intern in Data Governance, you will:

  • Engage in Supplier and Material Data governance activities within the supply chain domain.
  • Work with data stewards on process design and documentation activities.
  • Develop global standards and business rules with data stewards.
  • Perform stewardship tasks to assess, cleanse, normalize, and conform data to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps in quality using defined standards.
  • Have a solid grasp of data management and governance practices.

Intern - Reporting

As an intern in Reporting and Data Analytics, you will:

  • Engage in Reporting & Data Analytics activities within the supply chain domain.
  • Support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities through data mining.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation & analytics, and develop corresponding algorithms to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively across various teams and participate in problem-solving and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor processing technology & devices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Experience with reporting & analytical skills/knowledge through PowerBI is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is desired.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
  • Organized, proactive, committed, with excellent analytical skills.
