We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with expertise in both cloud and on-premise data architectures, particularly proficient with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Database, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services, and Power BI. This role involves monitoring and maintaining a data environment and ensuring data quality and continuous improvement using best practices focused on quality, performance, and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the ongoing operation of the data environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve incidents related to data environments.
• Conduct performance analysis and implement data processing optimizations.
• Address bottlenecks in data workflows.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement efficient pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold best development practices.
• Create operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data environment management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and performance analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data catalog tools, preferably Unity Catalog.
