Key Responsibilities

The Junior Data Analyst will be integral to our Automated Data Operations, which includes both manual and automated data collection of executive compensation information from financial statements. Additionally, you will:

• Support client projects aimed at advancing ISS business enterprise.
• Participate in data mining projects to identify market trends and anomalies for marketing and research purposes.
• Monitor and resolve data-related support requests from clients efficiently.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Data Science, with basic programming skills.
• Proficiency in SQL queries using MS SQL Server and a general understanding of databases.
• Demonstrated success in improving data quality and efficient data collection practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to understand business user requirements.
• Experience in designing technical solutions, writing manuals, and conducting user trainings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A self-motivated, strong work ethic, and personal drive to achieve project goals.
