About the Role: Junior Data Analyst - Catalog ML & Analytics (e-Xperience Associate)

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze large data sets using SQL and/or Python.
• Support the preparation of analyses and dashboards, contributing to the vast product range and assortment on Allegro.
• Develop tools, algorithms, and models essential for monitoring Allegro's selection and pricing analytics.
• Provide actionable business recommendations based on data to influence team dynamics and outcomes.
• Work towards improving both the shopping experience for Allegro’s customers and the business results of our sellers through insightful analysis.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a good command of SQL and understands basic statistics.
• Can think analytically to identify the root causes of problems and the deficiencies in data.
• Is capable of presenting results in an easy-to-understand manner to various stakeholders.
• Has the ability to connect disparate data points to uncover larger trends.
• Possesses English language skills at a B2+ level.
