Role Description: Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer

Location: Pune

In this pivotal role, you will develop intelligent systems capable of understanding, generating, and responding to human language. Your responsibilities include:

Your Key Responsibilities

• AI and ML Implementation: Implement AI and ML applications to drive efficiency and innovation within the Service Delivery and AI tribe domain.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical concepts to design AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• ML System Design: Design machine learning systems and self-running AI software to automate predictive models.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of language models using appropriate metrics and techniques.
• Troubleshooting: Address issues during the development and deployment of language models.
• Algorithm Research and Implementation: Research and implement suitable ML algorithms and tools.
• Data Processing: Transform unstructured data into useful information using NLP techniques.
• Data Science Experiments: Conduct experiments to gain new insights and generate business opportunities.
• Data Visualization: Utilize BI tools to create intuitive and interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Data Pre-processing: Perform advanced pre-processing to ensure data suitability for ML models.
• System Training: Train and retrain LLM systems as necessary.
• ML Libraries and Frameworks Extension: Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks to meet specific needs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all AI applications comply with relevant regulations and maintain detailed documentation.
• Maintenance and Bugfixes: Maintain and deliver bugfixes for existing AI and ML applications.

Your Skills and Experience

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, and software architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
