About the Position: Lead Data Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist (P4018)

Our SCORe (Supply Chain, Operations, and Replenishment) team is on the hunt for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst. This role is crucial for supporting end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on enhancing supply chain and inventory data. A strong business acumen in the Supply Chain and Inventory Replenishment field, alongside familiarity with 84.51° and Kroger’s supply chain data resources, will be highly advantageous.

As a Lead Data Analyst, your main role will involve supporting data needs specifically in Inventory Replenishment, Transportation, and Warehouse Management. Tasks will include integrating new data, diagnosing data complications, and elevating data quality within these sectors.

• Act as a Data SME/Owner for large, complex, or multiple data sources. panel on, modify, and ensure superb quality of your data domain or assets. Mentor and coach junior data analysts within and beyond your team.
• Lead efforts in Data Discovery and Data Governance, working closely with internal and external partners to enhance data usability and governance standards.
• Collaborate on data integration, changes, and impacts, ensuring all facets of data management are covered from testing to performance.

Who You Are:

• Possessor of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a profound technical proficiency.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, having worked with external partners and vendors.
• Well-versed in SQL, PySpark, BigQuery, and familiar with technologies like Hadoop, Github, and Cloud solutions.
• Proactive, independent in problem-solving, with exceptional analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
