We're looking for a machine learning engineer to work closely with our product and research teams to develop state-of-the-art deep learning software. This person will work closely with our technical and research teams to create training and deployment pipelines, implement model compression algorithms, and commercialize deep learning research. Apply your understanding of machine learning to tackle meaningful technical problems. 2. Collaborate with research and product development teams to build machine learning products. 3. Prototype and implement suitable ML algorithms, tools, and pipelines. 4. Create and manage training and deployment pipelines. 5. Collaborate with a cross-functional team on market requirements and best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date with developments in the field. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or similar role. 2. Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals with experience in one or more of the following areas: computer vision, NLP, speech, reinforcement learning, generative models, etc. 3. Knowledge of common ML frameworks (like PyTorch or Keras) and libraries (like NumPy and scikit-learn). 4. Strong programming skills with proven experience implementing Python-based machine learning solutions. 5. Experience with engineering and supporting ML pipelines in a popular ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, jax, etc. 6. Experience with engineering and maintaining training and/or deployment pipelines for Generative models / NLG / LLMs. 7. Ability to interpret and implement research ideas and algorithms. 8. Creative, collaborative, and focused on innovation. 9. Strong sense of project ownership and personal responsibility. 10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
