Role Overview and Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our AI/ML team, you will focus on crafting a robust data platform and pipelines that empower advanced analytics on Azure AI/ML Ops. Your role will involve developing platform tooling, deploying data science models to production, and monitoring their performance with a profound impact on our client's success.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects. This collaboration spans the full ML application development life cycle, from data ingestion and experimentation to model training, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in implementing AI/ML solutions, proficient in Spark SQL, PySpark, Python and/or R programming, and familiar with libraries like Pandas, scikit-learn, R (tidyverse, glm, caret etc.), and MLFlow.
• At least three years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong skills in Azure (VMs, Web Apps, Managed Databases), GitHub Actions, Terraform, Packer, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and both Linux/Windows VM administration.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for innovation in AI/ML.
• Bachelor or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Candidates with a solid understanding of security, networking principles, software engineering best practices, and a curiosity in AI/ML improvements are preferred.
