Role Overview:

The Advanced Learning and Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Researcher to research and develop cutting-edge technologies. You will work on impactful real-world applications such as autonomy, cybersecurity, and robotic perception across the aerospace, manufacturing, and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on technical projects in Machine Learning (ML).
• Design and implement novel ML approaches for analyzing multi-modal data.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and drive innovative projects.
• Collaborate with universities and national labs, ensuring the successful documentation and publication of research findings.

What We Look For in a Candidate:

• Proven research capabilities with publications in major ML journals or contributions to open-source projects.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, including Large Language Models and Computer Vision.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in applying ML solutions to real-world problems.
• Strong ability to formulate problems and implement appropriate ML capabilities to solve them.

Preferred Qualifications:

• US Citizenship or eligibility to obtain necessary authorizations.
• Background in statistics and linear algebra.
• Proficiency in directing technical projects from start to finish.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
