The Impact You’ll Have

As a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer at Gretel, you will be pivotal in promoting the mission and value of our platform. This role involves collaboration with our sales, engineering, product, and applied sciences teams to enhance our GTM efforts, differentiate our platform during the sales process, and guide customers in maximizing their use of synthetic data. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping our product offerings and advancing the field through customer-driven research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop tailored prototypes and demos to showcase Gretel’s capabilities across various operational scenarios. - Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback and insights contribute to product development. - Engage in cutting-edge research with leading customers to push the boundaries of what our platform can achieve. - Enhance the technical elements of the sales lifecycle to comprehensively understand and address customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally involving technical sales support within enterprise environments. - Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with Collab or Jupyter notebooks and open-source libraries. - Extensive experience with data pipelines and modern data stack tooling. - Hands-on expertise in Data Engineering and MLOps. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A passion for excelling in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequent context shifts.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with contemporary ML and DL models, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and data privacy regulations including GDPR.
