Job Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement through data acquisition across member institutions.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to derive insights and uncover patterns within the data.
- Create actionable recommendations for member engagement based on data analysis.
- Manage ad hoc data analyses to develop case studies and derive business insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop strategic customer relationships, implementing data-driven strategies with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to prioritize initiatives, metrics, and track progress.
- Coordinate with multifunctional teams to aggregate diverse data sources.
- Drive discussions in distributed work environments to align with business objectives.
- Take ownership of data-driven directives from planning to providing actionable business insights.
- Identify and resolve critical data submission issues for clients.
Impact You'll Make
Experience and Skills Required:
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in Banking/BFSI with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer application, MCA, MBA-Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with large datasets, including ETL processes.
- Understanding of Loan Cycle, Credit Bureau functions, or financial services industry.
- Strong executive presence and assertiveness.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and handling ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
- High responsibility and ownership, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
