As the Manager - Data Analytics, you will initiate both qualitative and quantitative data analyses within our FDM program. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to enhance our operations, leading to better trend analysis and mitigation strategies, thereby promoting safer flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the data analysis function, offering strategic insights and guidance.
• Develop and implement data analysis strategies and initiatives to achieve pre-defined KPIs.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Create intuitive dashboards to represent data, drawing key insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data analysis requirements and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reports and visualizations.
• Drive the development and enhancement of data analysis tools, systems, and methodologies. Knowledge of Machine Learning and Cluster Algorithms is beneficial.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and aviation operations.
• Present data analysis findings, strategic recommendations, and business insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the data analysis function.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to optimize flight operations.
