This critical role involves leading a team of talented data professionals, ultimately driving huge impacts for both our customers and our business. Your leadership will ensure that our data platform enhances and powers user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand a team of skilled analytics and data engineers.
• Streamline the delivery and enhancement of new and existing data assets.
• Align team skills and capacity with strategic objectives to enhance business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, data scientists, and product managers to refine our data strategy.
• Directly influence stakeholder departments by providing actionable, high-quality data.
• Drive high standards in data asset quality through best practices in software and data engineering.

Who We Look For

The ideal candidate excels in leadership and shares our vision of delivering outstanding data solutions. You should have a strong background in data engineering and analytics with proficiency in modern data tools and platforms such as FiveTran, Monte Carlo, dbt, BigQuery, and SQL. Experience in Python and remote team management across varying timezones will be advantageous.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in engineering or a similar field with at least 3 years in data engineering, analytics, or science.
• Proven expertise in leading high-performance data teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with all company levels.
• Understanding of comprehensive business strategies and data metrics.
