How You'll Make Your Mark

As a Data Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Overseeing day-to-day data quality activities for multiple international buying departments.
  • Driving data quality improvement measures to achieve global KPIs.
  • Leading, coordinating, and developing a team of master data specialists.
  • Co-responsibility for evolving the team setup from project mode to steady state.
  • Participating in global projects to represent data quality stakes for various international buying departments.
  • Developing and managing relationships within the global ALDI data quality community.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed studies in IT, business administration/informatics, economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in master data management and/or data quality.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as conceptual competence.
  • A high degree of assertiveness with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in PC skills (especially MS Office).
  • Experience in managing and developing employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments with various stakeholders across hierarchies and countries.

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 102,000* (willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications).
