About This Role

The Senior Manager, Market Access Data Science will lead the technical implementation of data solutions, translating expert insights into actionable analytics. You will champion cross-functional collaborations that enhance market understanding and strategy implementation. The position is based in our New York City headquarters.

Key Job Responsibilities

Data Warehousing:

• Collaborate with IT to optimize data server selection and performance across platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Ensure data integrity and ease of retrieval in our internal archives.
• Contribute to strategy development through comprehensive data analytics.

Data Reporting:

• Design and generate critical reports using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Ensure secure and compliant data practices in partnership with IT.

Model Development:

• Develop predictive models to forecast vital metrics and enhance decision-making.
• Utilize advanced analytic tools for strategic evaluations and optimizations.

Cross-Functional Data Collaboration:

• Work closely with various teams to integrate and harmonize data strategies and protocols.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant STEM field such as Data Science, Biostatistics, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science, preferably in biotech/pharma.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City multiple days per week.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Proficient with predictive analytics and statistical modeling tools (SAS, R, Python).
• Experience with cloud-based data servers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Skilled in data visualization and integration across diverse data sets.
• Strong collaborative skills and understanding of data governance.

Salary & Benefits
