We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Scientist to leverage world-class data science in enhancing AR/VR business growth across our innovative product lines, including Oculus and Portal.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Data Scientist, you will:

• Develop statistical models and advanced experimental methods to accurately assess marketing impacts globally.
• Create time series forecasting models to predict AR/VR market growth and establish accurate growth targets.
• Implement marketing attribution models and develop machine learning techniques to boost marketing performance and product growth.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify key insights that drive new product and feature developments.
• Partner with engineering to create cutting-edge data science products for real-time decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, alongside a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science within a tech environment, dealing with large data sets.
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling, econometrics, machine learning, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with large data set manipulation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex quantitative data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, PyTorch, MLOps systems, and data pipeline orchestrators.
• Knowledge in microservice implementation and the development of new data science tools.
• PhD in a relevant quantitative field.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $134,000/year to $204,000/year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Your individual compensation package will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
