Collins Aerospace is seeking a Business Systems and Transformation Specialist to support the Mission Systems team for Raytheon. This remote position will focus on delivering essential business outcomes and creating competitive advantages through exceptional design and customer experiences. Utilize data analytics, drive iterative improvements, secure intellectual property, and develop scalable software solutions to simplify and automate processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Systems and Transformation Specialist, you will:

• Work with Raytheon Business Units (BUs) to develop, maintain, and support system maintenance, understanding business processes and their implications.
• Align system design and performance with business strategies and needs. Represent the business in enterprise/corporate initiatives.
• Act as a business contact and advocate for delivering high-quality services.
• Collaborate with Security/Compliance, Procurement, Sourcing, and Project Management Groups to manage and document portfolios.
• Configure and test new and legacy applications, requiring knowledge of SAP systems architecture and systems integration.
• Maintain data warehousing and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform large-scale systems updates.
• Manage ad hoc, moderately complex projects related to Supply Chain improvement and process optimization.
• Understand key Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP and apply LEAN principles for root-cause determination and problem-solving.
• Coach and review the work of colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with SAP Systems.
• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program/contract information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes.
• Understanding of supply chain relationships.
• Customer Service experience.
• Project management experience for processes and best practices.
