We are currently seeking a Master Data Operator/Specialist

Job Description

The Master Data Specialist's duties include gathering and inputting data into systems and databases. This data includes information about customers, suppliers, bank accounts, stock items, location codes, and so on.

Job Duties

• Maintain Master data: create, correct, or block GL accounts, departments, projects, location codes, and other dimensions, vendor and customer cards, all warehouse items in the MS Navision System, and users, template rules, and approval groups in the ExFlow system;
• Conduct data cleaning to remove old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and faster access;
• Identify areas for data quality improvements and assist in resolving data quality issues through the choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies;
• Compile, ensure accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for system entry;
• Research and acquire additional information for incomplete documents;
• Propose technical improvements based on current practices and assist in implementing changes in workflows to maintain ongoing company performance;
• Support audits by providing all necessary documents and information and preparing reports required by auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or unfinished higher education, preferably in Business Administration;
• Up to 1 year of experience as an operator, accountant's assistant, or experience in procurement;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian, both written and verbally;
• Understanding of basic accounting;
• Familiarity with administrative duties (preferred);
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc;
• Good communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• High level of responsibility;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
