Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you play a critical role in our data processing efforts. You will be responsible for designing and developing database management systems (DBMS), transforming and linking various data sources into analytical datasets. Your expertise will enhance the efficiency and reliability of our ETL processes and infrastructure, ensuring data quality and overseeing project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the architecture of database processing systems.
  • Support and enhance infrastructure within the Google Cloud Platform environment.
  • Improve the reliability and quality of data through end-to-end cleansing processes.
  • Create and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and other automation solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure infrastructure security and perform regular monitoring.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and familiarity with Elation and Transformation (ETL) tools and databases.
  • Experience in using cloud tools for data warehousing and processing, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Skilled in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines.
  • Strong interactive communication skills and experience in strategic decision-making within data engineering.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for developing system monitoring solutions.
