Responsibilities

• Ship safe and responsible AI models for Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Train LLMs, generate high-quality synthetic data, and conduct rigorous benchmarking.
• Deliver robust, scalable, and reproducible production code.
• Implement novel techniques to create the world's safest and most helpful models, empowering customers to deploy LLMs responsibly.
• Collaborate with policy, product, and engineering teams to deliver features to customers.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge in LLM safety techniques.
• Extensive experience designing, training, and implementing various LLM models and architectures.
• Comfortable leading end-to-end projects.
• Adaptability and flexibility in quickly shifting focus in response to new findings in the field.
• Preferred: Past research or projects in either attacking or defending LLMs.
