We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Product Coordinator, Customer & Data Analytics-Strategic Accounts to advance our company’s objectives in business development, customer retention, and operational enhancements through meticulous data analysis and strategic insight. This role is pivotal for driving success within our Strategic Accounts sector and broader enterprise initiatives.

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Estes Express Lines team, you will:

• Perform detailed data analysis focused on outcome attainment and process management within strategic and operational spheres.
• Extract and synthesize data from multiple sources to assess quality and accuracy, delivering powerful insights through regular and ad-hoc reports, metrics, and narrative storyboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively across functions with IT, Finance, Operations, and Customer Care teams to enhance the architecture of reporting solutions and data utilization.
• Engage in business challenge identification and leverage data analysis to provide both strategic and tactical recommendations for improvement.
• Play a pivotal role in the maintenance and enhancement of BI dashboards and data warehouses, utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and serve as a vital data advocate in companywide panel discussions.
• Remain current on emerging analytic technologies through continuous education and conference attendance.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA with a supply chain/IT focus is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, critical for distilling complex data into clear, impactful insights.
• High proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, and familiarity with AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI.
• Strong conceptual and quantitative thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to pinpoint and strategically solve for business improvement opportunities.
• Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience is preferred.
• The capability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting under tight deadlines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role requires regular oral communication and the ability to operate computers and other office equipment. You'll occasionally need to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs. The work setting varies in noise level from quiet to loud, reflective of a dynamic corporate environment.
