About the Role

As a Product Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to uncover insights that propel product refinement and development. Your expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization will be crucial in developing deep understanding of our products and their impact on users. By conducting A/B tests, managing user feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and product direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Detailed analysis of product data to identify interaction patterns and assess performance metrics.
• Designing and executing A/B testing initiatives to refine product features.
• Developing continuous monitoring methods to track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Collaborating with our user research team, data scientists, and engineers to synthesize data and formulate actionable insights.
• Communicating complex data findings in a straightforward manner to stakeholders across the company.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare industry is preferred.
