About the Role

If you have a passion for Product Analytics and a keen interest in understanding the workings of banking products, the Product Forensics Data Analyst position might be perfect for you. This role is embedded within our innovative Product Forensics Analytics Unit, dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our customer commitments across an extensive array of Retail and Commercial Banking products.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting deep product analytics to identify and mitigate risks, thereby enhancing customer experience across our banking products.
• Developing and implementing monitoring systems to proactively manage product risks.
• Enhancing Product Management and Risk Management frameworks through detailed analytical insights into customer interactions and product performance.

What We Expect from You

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Over 6 years of experience in the data analytics sector.
• A problem-solving mindset proficient in Hypothesis Based Thinking or Structured Problem-Solving.
• Advanced skills in at least one programming language (PySpark, SQL, Python) with a readiness to quickly adapt to PySpark for investigative purposes.
• Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem and Spark, or analytical experience in a Teradata or SAS environment.
• A firm grasp of data manipulation and processing practices, and agile methodologies using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
