Your Role and Contributions
As a part of the Programs Digital Innovation Office, you will:
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Support the development and execution of strategic roadmaps aimed at cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Integrate digital technology across various organizational facets such as Programs, Supply Chain, and Engineering
- Collaborate with functions including Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Aftermarket, Finance, and HR
- Partner with stakeholders to align IT and AI needs with Bombardier’s Framework
- Identify and execute key initiatives with technological solutions
- Create and track plans to achieve objectives successfully
- Coordinate resources for project success
- Capture and quantify ROI from digital solution implementations
- Integrate digital transformation activities with other work streams, ensuring timely completion
- Provide weekly status reports and manage risks
- Organize and direct business development activities such as presentations and proposal creation
Required Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A university degree or college diploma in engineering with a focus on aerospace, artificial intelligence, data analytics, or technology implementation
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a project manager/product owner with a background in aircraft manufacturing and/or digital technology implementation
- Supply Chain experience (an asset)
- Experience in an industrial or corporate environment (an asset)
- Strong financial acumen (an asset)
- Exceptional communication skills in both French and English
- Autonomy, innovation, and dynamic leadership
- Strong teamwork and influence capabilities
- Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, PowerBI
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
