Job Description

Russell Investments is on the lookout for a highly motivated Product Analyst to bolster our Global Product team. The core responsibilities of the Product team include understanding evolving client needs and integrating our investment expertise into product structures (e.g., mutual funds), as well as managing and commercializing a diverse product line across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Your role will encompass providing research and data/analytical support on a multitude of projects including market assessments, competitor analysis, and evaluation of new client segments. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with the ability to analyze, visualize, and present data effectively. We seek a candidate who is reliable, personable, team-oriented, and possesses an exceptional work ethic and intellectual curiosity.

Familiarity with asset management data sources and databases like Morningstar, eVestments, Broadridge, and Pitchbook is highly desirable. Collaboration with global stakeholders across sales distribution, investment division, and finance will be a key aspect of this role.

Years of Experience

Product Analyst – 2-3 years of experience

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the asset management industry and investment products
• Familiarity with data sources and databases in asset management (e.g., Morningstar, eVestments, Broadridge, Pitchbook)
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
• CFA designation or a willingness to obtain one is preferred

• Support strategic and tactical product initiatives with research and data/analytical support
• Collaborate with domain experts to formulate hypotheses and research approaches to solve problems
