About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Quality Analytics & Data Specialist to join our Data, Analytics & Reporting team. This role focuses on enhancing data quality through robust testing methods that ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. As part of our team, you will deliver timely operational reports that are crucial for our core customer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized analysis tools to uncover business opportunities and enable informed decision-making.
• Examine and validate data integrity, performing data profiling to identify anomalies.
• Translate complex data into accessible formats for business performance assessment.
• Collaborate with data quality and reporting teams to understand and produce various reports.
• Work with Data Stewards and Business Partners to resolve data quality issues and establish quality checks.
• Utilize data domain knowledge and quality standards to improve data quality controls.
• Interact with shared services groups, including Performance & Insights and Business teams.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to handle complex data and identify true positives in data anomalies.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 8+ years of experience in data quality testing, data mining, and monitoring.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, SQL, Python, and R.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all staff levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently within a distributed team.
• Organizational skills to navigate a complex matrix environment efficiently.
• Prepared to work UK/US hours as needed.
• Hands-on experience in building data quality checks and tracing data issues through pipelines.
