As a Quant Analytics Manager on the Digital Analytics Team, you will be at the core of our insights engine, driving customer-centric innovation and solving problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply strategic, analytical, and data science skills to a wide range of enterprise challenges.
- Develop, plan, and execute analytical solutions with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent client engagement skills.
- Manage data science and analytics strategies, including recommendations on analytical products, services, protocols, and standards.
- Invent creative ways to answer key business questions using existing data assets or new ones, scale experimentation, integrate real-time data, and deliver personalization goals.
- Accelerate the analytics development lifecycle, enhancing the pace at which insights are disseminated.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Technology, and Design teams to transform strategic priorities into a prioritized analytics roadmap.
- Deliver actionable data insights effectively using presentations, discussions, and visualizations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 7+ years in business analytics roles (e.g., digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, business insights).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Data Science).
- Proficiency in modern data science and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R).
- Knowledge of data mining and data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, behavioral analytics).
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex information to senior executives and partners.
- Ability to define analytical agendas, frame business questions into analytical plans, and execute with precision.
- Experience working in large and medium-sized project teams with a track record of being detail-oriented, innovative, and strategic.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Analytics consulting experience.
- Advanced degree.
- Experience with Machine Learning and AI techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to align different views and interests.
- Ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.
- Background in financial services.
Work Environment: Hybrid-60% in-office.
