Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and thorough data analysis to support the execution of strategic projects that enhance user engagement, revenue growth, and profitable collaborations
  • Work together with other team members to explore wide-ranging strategic business issues and undertake data analysis and modelling, including competitors' analysis, hypothesis testing, and opportunity and impact studies
  • Establish, monitor and track regional KPIs and create the necessary reports, dashboards, and other forms of data visualization to present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making
  • Assist the Heads of Business Development, Growth, and Content in brainstorming, planning, creating, and refining strategies to generate new revenue sources and commercial opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum undergraduate degree or its equivalent in computer science, business studies, corporate strategy, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in analytics and/or strategy with a demonstrated record of achieving results
  • Digital native - has substantial experience and familiarity with online business and digital technologies
  • Team player - collaborates smoothly with others in the team and across the organization, respects diversity, and appreciates differing opinions
  • Analytical - a structured thinker who prioritizes data-driven decision-making
  • Innovator - continually strives to improve the current situation, devises ingenious solutions to business issues, and is ready to take calculated risks to test these solutions early and often
  • Significant experience in amassing, coordinating, analyzing, and distributing large amounts of information with precision and attention to detail and accuracy
  • In-depth knowledge of modern analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools, including data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in telling stories using PowerPoint and combining quantitative insights with qualitative research
  • Strong numerical abilities and financial and business case modelling skills
