Job Description

Seeking a talented Research Scientist in Bioinformatics to identify new targets and potential pipeline molecules for Immuno-oncology. Collaborate closely with Artificial Intelligence and drug discovery scientists, providing informatics support to build a robust pipeline for the organization alongside chemists, biologists, and pharma R&D experts. Responsibilities include constructing predictive models using data from molecular and clinical sources, as well as public literature.

Additional duties involve preparing and delivering presentations to team members and senior leadership with clear, objective communication of insights and opportunities. Stay current on advances in AI/ML, digital health, and drug repositioning. Manage multiple projects and help maintain infrastructure.

Required Skills

  • Experience in molecular biology and associated sequencing platforms, technologies, and standards.
  • Proficiency in Computing Languages: Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Sklearn, Keras), R (Bioconductor), Perl.
