Associate Manager – AI - Gen AI

Our Data and Analytics team is a versatile technology team delivering solutions across Data Mining, Management, Visualization, Business Analytics, Automation, Statistical Insights, and AI/GenAI. Our projects span various countries and industry sectors.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Manager – AI/GenAI, with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM models for Generative AI, Text Analytics, and Python Programming. You will develop and deliver solutions specific to different industry sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and more), implementing EY SaT mergers and acquisition methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning solutions and APIs using Python.
• Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using both open-source (Llama, BERT, Dolly) and closed-source (OpenAI GPT models, MS Azure Cognitive Services, Google’s Palm, Cohere) LLMs.
• Work with models like GPT-3.5, GPT-4 for natural language processing and creative content generation.
• Design and optimize solutions using Vector databases for efficient LLM data storage and retrieval.
• Understand business sectors to identify analytics opportunities.
• Manage mid to large-size projects ensuring smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with Associate Managers to evaluate resource needs.
• Provide expert reviews on all assigned projects.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Experience in guiding AI/Data Science teams and client communications.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Framework implementation.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• 8+ years of experience in developing AI and Machine Learning models, preferably in Azure.
• Strong background in statistical techniques, DL techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
• 6+ years of experience in NLP, NLG, LLM techniques.
• Expertise in open and proprietary LLM models.
• Programming proficiency in Python for 6-8 years.
• Experience with SDLC and product development principles.
• Willingness to mentor team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
