Senior AI Platform Engineer at Nokia

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI platforms using cloud architecture for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Analyze technical requirements from solution architects and translate them into software designs and configurations.
• Evaluate various technologies and platforms to optimize solutions.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and integration.
• Follow agile and project management practices, ensuring alignment with solution designs.
• Inspect and validate the quality of releases before delivery.
• Perform automated and manual tests to ensure software quality, including test planning and risk mitigation.
• Provide production support post-deployment and troubleshoot existing software issues.
• Offer technical guidance for project and solution designs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in MLOps with a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python programming, Linux administration, and scripting.
• Experience with virtualization, containers, and generic DevOps/MLOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Familiarity with Golang and open-source machine learning tools.
• Mindset geared towards continuous improvement along with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the telecom domain and experience with continuous monitoring tools.
