Lifelancer is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Analyst specializing in patient-level data analytics to join our team. Your expertise in data analytics and patient-level data will contribute to impactful insights for pharma and biotech organizations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Data and Analytics Experience

We are looking for professionals with 2 to 5 years of hands-on, professional data analytics experience with real-world data (RWD). Specifically, you should have experience with US healthcare claims and anonymized longitudinal patient-level data (APLD). Your role will involve creating analytics for internal and client teams using:

• SQL
• R
• SAS
• Python
• Excel (required)

Project Support Experience

Experience in supporting patient-level analytics projects is essential. This includes:

• Patient journeys
• Patient finder initiatives
• Healthcare provider targeting based on patient populations
• HEOR/outcomes studies
• Patient cohort definitions

Data Familiarity

Proficiency in working with RWD inputs such as ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, HCPCS, and CPT is required. You should be able to research these inputs to generate patient cohorts, establish business rules, and develop market definitions specific to client therapeutic areas and drugs of interest.

Preferred Experience

• CMS data
• Anonymized longitudinal patient-level data (APLD)
• EHR data
• Diagnostic/reference lab data

Project Management Skills

Strong project management skills are crucial. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams across various analytic projects.

Interpersonal Skills

Outstanding interpersonal communication and organizational skills are a must. Attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness will be key to your success in this role.
